Every single business that you shut down will impact someone, likely many people. Every single business has people that rely on it for their livelihood and, consequently, has an impact on their health, both mental and physical. Why would any reasonable person get tested for Covid? There's no treatment for it.

The only thing that you will get out of a positive test are instructions to self-isolate for 14 days. And, you'll be forced to do so, even if you fully recover in a few days.
