No evidence to suggest forcing healthy people to wear a mask will stop transmission.

"The Ontario Nurses’ Association (ONA) has won a second decision on the controversial vaccinate or mask (VOM) policy, striking down the policy in effect at St. Michael’s Hospital and several other hospitals that form the Toronto Academic Health Science Network (TAHSN). These policies force nurses and other health-care workers to wear an unfitted surgical mask for the entirety of their shift if they choose not to receive the influenza vaccine.

After reviewing extensive expert evidence submitted by both ONA and St. Michael’s Hospital, which was the lead case for the TAHSN group, Arbitrator William Kaplan, in his September 6 decision, found that St. Michael’s VOM policy is “illogical and makes no sense” and “is the exact opposite of being reasonable.” In reaching this conclusion, Arbitrator Kaplan rejected the hospital’s evidence. A copy of the full decision is available here.

ONA’s well-regarded expert witnesses, including Toronto infection control expert Dr. Michael Gardam, Quebec epidemiologist Dr. Gaston De Serres, and Dr. Lisa Brosseau, an American expert on masks, testified that there was insufficient evidence to support the St. Michael’s policy and no evidence that forcing healthy nurses to wear masks during the influenza season did anything to prevent transmission of influenza in hospitals. They further testified that nurses who have no symptoms are unlikely to be a real source of transmission and that it was not logical to force healthy unvaccinated nurses to mask. Arbitrator Kaplan accepted this expert evidence. In contrast, he noted the only fair words to describe the hospital’s evidence in support of masking are “insufficient, inadequate and completely unpersuasive.”

All Canadians are exempt from the covid "guidelines" . The trick is to record everything, allow them to violate your rights after you notify them that your rights have been violated then sue them and file a human rights abuse claim and file criminal charges. You are require to allow them to give the opportunity to stop breaking your rights before filing a claim, in essence you will have to tell the person they are infact violating you rights and ask them to stop.

Example : You feel the mask restricts your breathing, causes anxiety, claustrophobia, maybe you start to get a headache, or brain fog which reduces your overall health and puts you at risk. You are now exempt and you do not legally need to explain that to any employee,

They are legally required to know the law and know how exemptions work. Anyone that tries to force you to wear a mask is violating the (insert province) Health Act . Only doctors can give medical advice (that is why the guidelines are for NON MEDICAL MASKS, it's lawyer speak to reduce liability) and you have a legal right to INFORMED CONSENT for all medical procedures. You also have a legal right to DENY ALL MEDICAL TREATMENT. That takes care of "mandatory masks".

Now you say "but they can just deny service". NOPE. People who do not wear masks are now part of "an identifiable group" which is basically any group of people that can be identified that they could potentially be discriminated against for a specific reason including but not limited to religious and personal belief of not wearing masks.

All Canadians also have the Right to Liberty and Life. Which means you have a legal right to choose where to shop and you have a right to buy food because if a store prevents you from buying food they have removed your ability to provide the necessities of life (food, water, clothes, first aid supplies). All you have to say is you cannot afford to shop at other stores and Walmart is taking away your ability to provide food for yourself and family which is a Basic Human Right. This works especially well if you only have one grocery store close by as there is no secondary option and no excuse to deny you necessities.

We have Freedom of Religion. Which gives you the right to choose not to wear a face covering based on your religious and personal belief.

That is just a small snippet of the violations involved when someone prevents a non mask wearing person entry into a store for the necessities of life. The only loop hole is if the store will provide alternate accommodation with no extra cost like a free personal shopper so you don't have to enter the store and free delivery.

If people actually care about their Rights I suggest you Learn them and memorize the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and Also the Health Act for your province. People have to be willing to sacrifice their time and probably some money unless you contact Rebel News or other people that might offer free services. Otherwise we will be sacrificing our lives and that of our children.
