This is the type of structure that is built by a people with a mind to the future, who have both the pride to make their mark on history and the conscientiousness to leave something to future generations for centuries to come.

I rather doubt any building in Canada built in the last fifty or sixty years will last half as long.

Citizen's arrest is legal in Canada, but ONLY for indictable offences that you personally witness. You can't do a citizen's arrest off of third party information, nor for mere suspicion.
