You know hundreds of thousands of people went to see family & friends this holiday season, despite lockdowns. This is a victory and we should recognize it. That is all.

I am a firm believer in karma and that there are higher (and lower) forms of conciousness than us. So I figured I would write this up and throw it out to the universe.

My son was born a year ago almost to the day. I love the little guy and my wife to bits. I'll do whatever I have to do to keep them safe and fed and free. Whatever. It. Takes.

I get the feeling we are all going to struggle for our very lives in the coming years. I hope and pray I'm wrong. But history seems to be rhyming again.

So I am declaring that my family and I are not part of this system. Not part of babylon, as it were. I reject the ignorance, greed, apathy and psychopathy that our society breeds.

I may still have to work for a living and be in the system, but I am not of the system, and am doing everything in my power to ensure my child does not pay the karmic price for the weak and foolish men that surround me. That does not mean I am perfect (far from) but god damnit I will not give in. We will remain free until death, and even then. So help me god.
