Narcissists NEED to control and invalidate people, it is what they live for. This channel is a valuable source for understanding narcissism. The same principles that apply to family and work relationships apply to larger scale groups and politicians. Once you can spot and understand narcissists’ behaviour it’s easier to get out of their control. Start at 2:30 of this video and think of how it applies to Trudeau.
