Indeed. They reinforce the stupidity of the ones that pose them no risk, while they cancel the power of those that can oppose their tyranny.
If you find yourself saying stuff like... ' why would they do this? that's so stupid...they will lose money...that will just make things worse' etc... thats your cue to look deeper.
