There's a list from 538 of how far off each pollster was in 2020. They were ALL off to the left, by various degrees, including Rasmussen.

Rasmussen was less off to the left than most, but a few others were less than that. And in this measure, being to the right is simply being accurate.

But yes, they are run by open conservatives.
