I know actual refugees who came to Canada early 2000s.

Let me tell you something. White liberal judges are the best for refugee cases. It's ideological for them anyways. But they also don't want a controversial case to taint their name post retirement.

The fact is that it is easier to have access to Canada with white liberal judges. Aren't most judges liberal, especially in Ontario where most refugees arrive?

The best thing that can come out of this story is the details of refugee cases. Is it possible that judges make their decisions based on hearsay? I heard they have accepted cases only based on what the claimant says. Maybe people should know about it.
