As someone who lives in Niagara Falls (where tourism is the lifeblood of the City), and has a tonne of neighbours out of work and barely getting by - this is too little too late for them.

The only thing masking our crumbling local economy is the housing construction boom, as the morons from Toronto are moving here in droves.

I've voted Reform/Conservative in every Federal election since age 18. Paid CPC party member.
