Michael Ignatiuf was determined to to stop the conservatives from governing and nothing else, even if tax dollars were being wasted with an election that had just happend. This is why after the conservatives gained a majority the west was an economic power house that pulled out of the recession caused by the 08 recession. Then oil took a dive, Trudeau got elected and placed restrictive policies for projects and now we I the west are living in border line poverty. To get back on track here, Trudeau in comparison is proroging parliament to avoid criminating evidence provided by commities from coming out before the election.
