I think Idaho would be a great candidate if you have family in BC/AB, to circumvent having to pay fines/quarantines, negative covid tests and etc due to international flights. Land travel and create a business to get around border travel restrictions.
UPS is pretty good, unfortunately any mail coming from a national carrier will always go to CP. Depending on the business you may be able to ask and see if they would ship with ups instead. Ups is usually cheaper for me to ship to than CP (business account on both) so you shouldn't be charged any or much more.
Low interest rates perpetuate the bubble as well. Especially for those who look at the mortgage based on a monthly amount (lets assume 2500 a month, 10% down, 30 years). At 6% interest you can afford slightly under 390k, while at 2% you can afford close to 590k. 10% interest puts you at 270k. Ideally we would want sound money to return with private businesses competing on interest without any gov involvement.
Any reason St.Kitts over other Caribbean islands? I've been to St.Kitts and liked it but just was curious if there is something that Kitts offers over others.

Gold, platinum, silver, and crypto (monero is a privacy focused coin, ethereum is pretty good as well). Unsure about palladium but seems to be more difficult to mine comparing to the other metals. Real estate down south wouldn't be bad either (with property mgmt usually 10% of gross rent give or take 3%)
