Basically what Wabasquaw said. You're going to need to buy a chainsaw and an efficient wood furnace and if you have the money build a tiny insulated home and dig a water well. If you don't have the money build a log cabin, but having an insulated home and a water well will make all the difference if you're living in it full time.
