You need to realize polls are made to shape public opinion, not gauge it. Canadians are more favourable of Trump than Trudeau, yet no poll will ever reflect that. Trudeau and the Liberals didnt even win the popular vote and are one of the lowest minority governments ever by percentage of seats. If you only poll around major cities, which is common, youll get the liberal/democratic minded people.
