CBU is a giant fucking scam. Dingwall is running the biggest embezzlement scheme ever. He sold out the entire community to make money off government tax programs that reward diversity and discrimination against white people. They hide all the scandals from the public about MASSIVE cheating by foreign students. Entire classes expelled for cheating with the foreign proctors in on it. They need "help" with English, so proctors and separate exam classes with the proctors that give answers.

The crime and graffitti and littering/destruction of property is skyrocketing and ignored on campus and local area. CBU was supposed to be around 4000 enrollment for target numbers when Dingwall became president. Through foreign enrollment programs, theyve pumped it to around 6000. There are students that are told to come here and show up with no clothes for winter and no housing set up since dorms are full, etc. They have no language skills or anything and they are stranded and end up working mcdonalds, etc. Its a giant scam praying on government funding. They charge like double for a foreign student compared to a local, so just keep accepting foreigners with no credentials and collecting government subsidies and funding and pay each other huge bonuses off this. Locals with acceptable grades are rejected from programs so they can take a foreigner and get double the tuition and government bonuses for diversity.

It's honestly destroying the community in Cape Breton and depressing the job market further with suppressed wages. McDonalds, Tim Hortons, etc are filled with foreigners - they get one on and hire their friends and then start speaking their own language exclusively and ostracize anyone local. You are an outcast on a job in your own country and town and treated they act like they dont even know what you are saying and go off to tlak to friends in own language. Complete isolation on a job until they force you out. once one is manager/supervisor position, they hire only their own race and almost all brand name eateries are filled with them. Only the local shops have locals work at them now and lockdowns destroyed most of them.

The jobs also no longer need to pay decent wages or pay raises or anything - just get 3rd worlders living 8 people to an apartment to work it. It's fucked up seeing a group of chinese at walmart with a fucking $70,000 SUV filling it with like 10 of them piling in.

It all stems from this CBU scam where its nothing but government hand outs and diversity bullshit nonstop. Literally thousands of people brought in and forcing locals out of their own universities and post-secondary work.
