Ironically a big problem for Africa is that a lot of the stable, highly educated Africans keep fleeing Africa and moving here or elsewhere.

Pretty hard to build a stable, decent country when your entire population is nothing but mud hut third-worlders who think that monkey paw soup cures AIDS.
