Nope. It's fake news. PA and AZ were never called for Biden on RCP. Even Crowder fell for this 4chan meme and then apologized for it.

They always have been uncalled.

This is were the fake news came in. A meme on 4chan spread that RCP had PA and AZ called for Biden and then changed it to uncalled. But RCP never called them for Biden.

I thought I had remembered seeing Biden at 290 or something

Biden was never past 259 on RCP. He is over 270 on other websites and news networks.
