Neither of those have anything to do with each other. It will be thrown out if presented as evidence. You would need the raw data from Dominion and you can be sure that they only provide the number of votes every candidate received and nothing else. Every other data point is added by news orgs. So if NYT messes up the percentage, it's on NYT and not on Dominion.
