Also, you dont mention it, but party voting is elimination based. Those candidates at bottom of voting each round are removed and then everyone revotes - this causes the spike and changes in voting over rounds you are seeing. The dairy cartel joined the cpc months before election and then waited for last round to switch all votes to Scheer to push him as their candidate. You can look up his acceptance in parliament where he takes a big swig of milk from a carton while joking with shit eating grin about how he has no idea how he won and everyone laughs at the "joke" - they all know he was chosen by the cartel. I doubt dominion made any difference in voting. Just mass voting by a controlled party in an election system designed for corruption at party level.
