You can even look up the result of every polling station. No machine is used to count any votes. And every party has the right to send a poll watcher to watch the hand count.
Do you really think that if there would be irregularities between the hand count and the entered data on elections.ca, that the CPC or the PPC wouldn't say a word?
Ballots in federal elections aren't counted by machines. They are all hand counted. In Canada at least.
