Looks like Jason Kenney is getting in line. The liberal media was calling for Trudeau to impose lockdown on Alberta.
There's no fight in like 99+% of politicians. Ron Paul Mr. 434-1 was so based. Even if I'm not a right-libertarian, I respected the man's balls.

As far as I know the notwithstanding clause can only be used for some sections of the Charter. And the mobility rights of Canadians, which are in section 6 of the Charter, are inviolable.
Yes. The notwithstanding clause allows governments to pass legislation which would otherwise breach certain sections of the charter. It doesn’t give the federal government power to legislate in areas granted to the provinces.
