What you need to understand is that is virus is an incomplete bioweapon that us and our allies were working on intently, but that was stolen from a Canadian lab by the Chinese and accidentally released.
We've been working on the vaccine as long as we've been working on the virus and that virus seems to be a hybrid of SARS and AIDS.
I'll be taking that vaccine once it's available. I don't want to know what a bioweapon that had been fucked with by the Chinese for at least a year before being accidentally released does to someone who gets infected on a long-term basis.
The virus is not harmless, we only know that it's exceptionally infectious and relatively harmless the first time that someone gets infected.
I don't trust what the Chinese did with it. I don't even trust what our own governments were doing with it. All I know is that it can't have been good.
