A Canadian man has a right to know if his future lay is infectious. There are plenty of decent women who he could better invest his time and resources with. Canadian women deserve the best and Canadian man can't be at his best if he's been infected by a sexually profligate woman. It is time for the government to harness technology to that end and remove the infected from the fluid transfer game by creating the STD-passport app.
