Not really. You have certain groups of people who are tested regularly. Nurses, doctors, teachers, politicians. My sister in law is a nurse and she was tested like 8 or 9 times already.
If that's the case, then yeah, you're right.
But hospitals aren't the only ones that are doing tests. Pharmacies are allowed to take tests, you have drive in stations or even drop in stations at general practitioners. I drive by the drive-in Covid station in Saskatoon every weekday and there are always cars lined up in front of it. Doesn't matter when I pass it.
