They drive the budget up due to constant 'stress' leave forcing more cops to be hired . At least one of these fempigs in this video will do the same. If another officer is not hired it puts even more stress on the remaining cops to pick up the hours which then leads to more cops taking stress leave or acting insane on the scene from the over work.
