Yeah, the hierarchy of replies are more a function of who the politician is than what they're saying.

Trudeau for example has a loyal following of supporters to whom Trudeau can do no wrong. Ford does not. He used to, but he alienated them all with his dumb lockdown policies.

Also, Trudeau has a wide international following. Leftists the world over 'like' his tweets and supportive replies. And the non-supportive international audience don't hate Trudeau like we do, they just think he's a joke. So they're not motivated to do battle in the replies against his domestic and international supporters.
