Happens when you lock down only a single neighborhood and all the people just hop in their car to drive to Guelph or Oshawa to go shopping or eat at a restaurant. There were articles how shopping malls and restaurants in Hamilton extended their hours because everybody from Toronto and York just drove 30 min to circumvent the lockdown (well, who am I kidding, it would take 3 hours to drive from Toronto to Hamilton on the 403).
