Yeah, I'm thinking that this kid has a 10/10 uncontrollable behavior problem

I have experience with this. It's not a 10/10, more 5-6/10. The methods used to manage children with behavioral issues these days creates worse problems by specifically teaching them their violent behavior is never their fault. The result is the child doesn't even attempt to maintain self control and it gets worse as they grow older.
