In summary, they suggest Ontarians use their "best judgement", for things like meeting other households, exercising, shopping, work, etc. which basically restricts them from truly going after people and fining or arresting them.
Also, no restrictions on how long you can be out, how often, where you go, etc.
Which I think is some good news, at least compared to the curfew/full lockdown situation. They probably realized there's not enough police manpower (or will) to enforce this.
This is a relief but probably just a prelude to stricter measures.
Then again, you gotta ask, what's the point of it all? When will the foreign interests that have captured our government decide lockdowns have reached maximum profitability for them... in terms of Yuan.
And all that overpriced real estate is truly out of the hands of the sons of the forefathers in this land
