"It came to our attention that on insert date a known white supremacist donated money to Derek Sloan, a respected member of our Conservative Caucus. We, the Conservative Party of Canada, including Derek Sloan, were not aware of this donation by this abhorrent individual until today.
We denounce white supremacy or any racism. Racism is a disease of the soul, repugnant to our core values. It has no place in our country. It has no place in the Conservative Party of Canada. I won't tolerate it. Our caucus members won't tolerate it. Our party members won't tolerate it.
We will not only refund the donation, but also donate insert $$$ amount to the Canadian Race Relation Foundation. I as a leader of the Conservative Party will request help from organizations like the CRRF and work with our members to make sure that this won't happen again."
