"The powers that be" call conservatives names because they can't counter conservative arguments with logical positions of their own.

They fill the normies heads with lies about 'systemic racism' 'patriarchy', and 'unconscious bias'. None of this is quantifiable or based in evidence.

Its religious dogma that they themselves don't believe. They want government intervention to be the solution for everything.

Thomas Sowell taught me that government is not a personification of the will of the people, it has its own interests and agenda that has proven to hurt the people long term in many cases.

Government is like cancer, if it isnt controlled it will metastasize and grow until it has destroyed the host.

This isnt a left/right issue either. There are plenty of neocons that also benefit from this, the left is more prominent simply because leftist philosophy has been prevalent in most public institutions for decades now.

The root problem is society has allowed government to centralize and micromanage complex systems such as healthcare, education and even economic activity. They have no reason to do so, government is expensive, inefficient and incompetent.
