Good joke. Nobody in Canada will end corporate welfare. They are all happy to throw billions at Bombardier and Co, doesn't matter if it's Harper, Trudope or the next PM.

"Policies". The CBC will be still tax payer funded, the military will never get new gear, clean drinking water didn't happen under Harper and won't happen under Trudeau or the next PM, the 3rd country loophole won't be closed because the US will never accept the change, O'Toole will get us the same "skilled" immigrants as Trudeau and Harper, there still will be purity tests (see Sloan), equalization payments will be as high as today (the CPC will ignore it to not offend their voters in Quebec and the Altantics) and so on.

The list you posted is a pipe dream. Even Keystone XL has a higher chance to happen. I bet that O'Toole will even change his tone on the carbon tax if he ever gets in office.
