All stats show longer wait times, hallway medicine, and lower standard of care in Canada, UK and other socialist hellholes compared to America. We're talking months longer for knee, back, hip, etc surgeries compared to america. The problem with America's health system is Nixon health act that removed a lot of profit limitations (I think it was around 10% profit and rest has to go back into patient care, etc, after its unlimited profits). This caused the administration fees and overhead to go through the roof adn costs skyrocketed as these people profited. Theres also the lobby gruops of big pharma making up most of the top 10 largest by money spent lobby groups in Washington constantly pushing new laws and legislation. America acts as a cost leader for pharma industry paying more for same drugs compared to socialist countries that profit from American system - doesnt matter to big pharma as they are the same ones getting government handouts in socialist countries and setting prices there.
NHS literally forced a family to watch their child die in hospital and refused to let them leave country to get him treatment elsewhere. Canada nearly ended Brock Lesner's career with our incompetent system. Canada is arresting a couple that spent their own money to travel to a community to get a vaccine from our healthcare system they pay for and is their only option. The governmetn is deciding that couple is not worthy to be vaccinated and sending them to jail for trying to use their healthcare system. Anyone taht thinks socialized medicine is good is delusional. They just hear the word free and think paying $5 for a loaf of bread and $5 a gallon for gas is normal and has nothing to do with how "free" healthcare is.
