PCR test at 35 cycles exponentially amplifies (duplicates) base-pairs so much that the you end up amplifying so much "noise" that is you confuse it for a true signal. For a Cycle Threshold of 35, the false positive rate is above 97% (or true positive rate below 3%). This corroborates Anthony Fauci's statement (so someone can't simply say, Anthony Fauci was wrong or misspoke). In terms of sample size, they completed 250,566 RT-PCR tests for 179,151 patients. There is overwhelming evidence that the application PCR test at cycle thresholds of 35 cycles or higher is absolutely garbage. Even 30 cycles (in the quoted paper) yields a false positive rate of 70%.

Note the World Health Organization at the start of the lockdowns (I never say pandemic, there was only a pandemic of news and fear infecting the minds of men and women) recommended a cycle threshold of 40!! Not merely 35!
