Harper was a globalist in power, and here he is attending an occult event with other globalists. There are levels within this elite power structure though. Bohemian Grove is kind of a club to recruit people into the occult, and a place for those already in the globalist cult to attend rituals. I don't see it as the top of the pyramid though. These are people who are on the lower totem pole, the puppets, the assets of those who sit at the top. Guys who want to be PM, cabinet ministers, Presidents, bankers, they attend this stuff. Guys like Soros, Rothschilds, they don't attend this event. That's why I do think sometimes people exaggerate the importance of Bohemian Grove, they don't really understand it. It's a good indicator though to see who's in the big club or attempting to join the globalist power structure.
