You pretty much described my scenic small town on the weekends.

Add to that they drive like idiots (park in the middle of the road on a blind hill) and the packs of one to two dozen young guys creeping out the local girls.

I lived here long enough to know it was never like this before. The town and country as a whole is going down hill real fast.
