Theyve tried to pass this bill a few times in different formats over past few years (same guy), but with new NAFTA, Biden president, Keystone XL cancelled, Paris agreement and other newer issues, its gaining a lot of traction and since we ship crude and bring back the gas instead of refining our own, its going to mean even higher prices if it passes.
