At the same time, if you are 90 and above, you are getting calls to have surgery immediately in order to extend your life a couple of months to a couple of years, IF you happen to survive the surgery at this age.
My 102 year old grandmother is actually being regularly harassed to have cancer surgery and to take the fucking vax after she clearly has said NO to both.
My name is xbad. Your grandma sounds like a lot of fun. If I decide to bring balance back to the force as jesus. I need to see you call this whole thing "trivial".
And that scales up with salary. We pay A LOT for universally slow and average healthcare. I support a single payer model like in South Korea - ie. you pay a bit for medical expenses, but the insurer is the government and they don't rip you off. For example you pay $7 to see a GP. You can see a specialist at major hospitals within the next few days if you need to, and pay maybe $100 out of pocket. If you need surgery or stay for something serious you might end up paying $1000 or less. I've experienced it first hand and it was a very good experience compared to Canada.

Yah, it's pretty fucked up.
No visits allowed half the time but hey why don't you have major surgery.
Makes total sense.
I swear she is still alive because she is curious to see how stupid things are gonna get.
She gets regular updates from the family and just says wut and shakes her head.

That's exactly what it all is.
We are all giving credit to a grand sham, that includes far more than Covid and forgetting we have a life to live.
Why don't we just import a few hundred thousand third world doctors and nurses? Problem solved forever!!!
I hope they don't intend on getting a personalized License Plate.....
My gf saw an OB/GYN for something last week. She'll get test results in... 5 weeks. And scheduled a follow up appointment for January 2022.
Muh universal healthcare
We actually pay more through taxes than Americans pay for private insurance.
In 2014, the average single individual earning roughly $42,000 will pay $4,381 for public health care insurance.
