Self mutilation should be celebrated. It's not a mental illness where someone using the wrong pronoun sets you off on a suicidal depressive episode and when you want to cut off parts of your body, thats completely normal and common practice that should not be questioned. Every single doctor, nurse, administrator, etc needs the rope for allowing this farce to continue. They all agree to it and go along with it every day they go to work and follow the guidelines of the medical monsters they serve. The ones that actually do these surgeries deserve to be mutilated themselves and left to rot as a reminder to the world of their crimes.
