Judges will toss it out because there is a pandemic because the people you want to sue said so and therefore its true, so you are wasting the courts time and now pay several hundred thousand in damages and court fees.

There are already provincial supreme courts which dismissed similar lawsuits.

Sign me up. The gov continually violates our rights with no justification. They should have to prove in court first before any violations can occur.

I'm a barrister, and this isn't worth pursuing. The liberal judges will hold that this is a policy decision, and immune from judicial scrutiny. Trust me when I say this, don't waste a fucking penny. Only winners would be the lawyers, and I wouldn't take this in a million years. It's a losing case. Sorry man, you have far too much faith in the legal system.

I'm not trying to be a dick, just a genuinely concerned person who is worried about what seems to be a good person who is likely going to lose more money for shit they can't control. Trust me on this one, if there was a case, I'd be volunteering my time towards it.
