The point is that it isn't odd. It takes 5 seconds to check if all eggs in a carton are good, but it takes time to research about vaccines. Same goes for looking up what the animals we slaughter for meat eat. Or where the resources come from for the batteries in almost any tech gadget.

And when people like Dr. Tam, Trudeau, O'Toole, Trump or Biden go around praising how wonderful the vaccine is, it's more comfortable for people just to accept it. Like people "trust" Apple that there is no child labour involved in the production of the iPhone.
