I could show this to some people, show them the evidence we knew this a year ago, show them the references Trump made about it, show them contradicting coverage calling it a lie and still have those same morons look at me with that empty glazed look without a single acknowledgment of this Fraud.
The only advice the experts have provided for the past year is wear a mask and stay home and “social distance.”
It’s appalling the experts have said literally nothing about nutrition, vitamins, exercise, sleep etc - the things that actually strengthen the immune system.
I've got a great doctor. For just about literally everything I see her about, she always goes over sleep, nutrition and exercise and reiterates it's not that those will necessarily fix any problem, but they'll always help at the absolute very least.
Whenever I see her for a follow up and I tell her I haven't improved all those three things and still feel like shit, she hits me with the https://tinyurl.com/24myc97c
She's prescribed me certain medications, but always after making sure I'm eating, sleeping and exercising properly.
Why the news and public health experts aren't banging the same drum is ridiculous. I'm not an anti-vaxxer by any means, but it does make me nervous the way public health keeps talking only about the vaccine and not ever telling people to get regular sleep, go for a job and eat some veggies. Again, not that those will cure or prevent Covid, but they'll definitely improve outcomes.
These components were already part of my being my last annual checkup. My doc was used to seeing good results from the lab and my blood pressure's excellent.
At earlier checkups, we'd had it out on Vitamin D. I said I'm outside enough. He said take a supplement anyway.

Greatest reference check ever.
Many of my family have ditched doctors based on what they have had pushed and/or what they have had omitted by their doctors this year.
Still weird to see someone glitch when you throw a reality check at them.
The anger you have to dodge during some of the redpilling moments.
It's tiring.
I wish I could leisurely day drink and not become an alcoholic, some days.
Anyone starting a conversation with "on CTV/CBC/Global they were saying..."

I'm now on a supplement.
Right
Thanks Rogan.
