The vacancy rate currently sits at around 30 per cent.

FWIW: I heard it reported that NYC's vacancy rate is 20% and that no property value has been lost (yet). That, from an expert who writes for The Economist reporting on The John Batchelor Show.

This will blow over when the facts come out.

'Facts' include extremely light manifestation of symptoms and zero possibility of hospitalization (includes zero possibility of death).

Not sure about longevity.

To me, it's a list of places UKers, unsatisfied with life on the Isles, can/should go....at least the English-speaking component.

Tough guy Biden can beat up on Canada by cancelling Keystone, however, although the US talked tough, Nord Stream 2 is a go.

There's no time in my day to study arguments against current policies and procedures and against science as that has been more or less settled to date.

I have rec'd wonderful treatments for cancer and kidney problems and am living a healthy life because of it. Medicine, as had been currently practiced upon me, has been my friend and ally.

I prematurely lost a sister to a cancer that by today's practices could have been slam dunk treated and my mother died prematurely too although I don't know whether her pericarditis could have been dealt with today.

GM had to supply us with a fully-warrantied fuel induction system. That STE was a beauty; felt strong; planted safely on the road at speed; a heavy-feeling car but acceleration was poor.

First Saab - a '79 money sponge. In its day - fast and fun...like driving a guided missile.

Second - a '99 not bad but just an Opel. Should have bought the Viggen.

Third - '07 nice, modern-looking performer. A bit cramped.
