That is so fuckign stupid. Nowhere does it say it stops being a tax if it's not counted as a percentage.
Our supreme court is so corrupt it's hard to believe. They will never rule against a Liberal government on any significant issue.
The "funny" thing is that the SCC now refers to the carbon tax as carbon pricing, the same phrase O'Toole used.
Heard the same thing from him for the last two years, but I everytime I pay SaskPower or SaskEnergy there is a "Federal Carbon Charge".
