They dont care. Judges wont look at the cases if you challenge anything in court. Pandemic justifies ignoring charter under emergency act and if you question it, you are wasting the courts time because the pandemic is real and thus proves your rights dont matter anymore. Publicly elected officials cannot be held accountable because they are "just listening to the experts" and the experts are not elected and do not have to answer to anyone and do not have to provide any proof or evidence or even the end goal required to end the restrictions - not even something like x cases and y icu beds in use or anything.

It's circular justification that does not end until a) they achieve their goals or b) people open helicopter tours for politicians.
