Let's see:

• Number of hospitals in BC - 161.
• Number of 'covid deaths' in BC - 1,539
• 1,539 covid deaths ÷ 161 hospitals = 9.56. Let's round that up to TEN (10) covid deaths per BC hospital since this began.

Now, Canada wide, there were 167,464 hospital deaths in 2019.

Divided across Canada's 1200 hospitals, that's a normal (pre-covid) rate of 140 deaths per hospital in an ordinary year.

And we're meant to believe she's having a nervous breakdown over an extra ten deaths in a year, where she's used to seeing 140. A 7% increase.

What a bullshit artist. And the CBC are fake news for running this. They know damn well the increase in deaths from a hospital nurses' point of view is imperceptible unless they actually sit down and tabulate the death count and compare it to previous years.

I don't buy for one second that a nurse could even notice that change, let alone get PTSD from it.

Oh not to mention you can subtract from those extra ten deaths the six she didn't see from the flu this year because the flu didn't happen..

This is all such utter bullshit. At its absolute worst, this pandemic is a marginal threat. Idiots like this nurse and the CBC amplifying them are why a marginal threat has turned into a full blown panic.
