Yeah, but they won't do it until they have massive control with a social credit system of some sort. And it won't just be limited to banking. It will be what shops you're allowed to shop in, what areas you're allowed to live in, etc.

And after people get used to it, nobody will question why you've been unpersoned. They will just disassociate, lest they be unpersoned for associating with you. Nobody will question it because questioning it might get them unpersoned.
