In college I often moved to the back of the computer lab/lecture room after my class ended and continued working as another class began. You could do that if it wasn't a full class and it never was. One class was "International Student Orientation" which I paid no attention to. It was just a half-semester course the foreign students took. Learning about the Canadian college system, workforce, traffic laws insurance/healthcare, paying taxes, paths after graduation, etc. That's how it was described.

I happened to look up at the slides one day and saw what the class was really about. "White Privilege and Colonialism. White Men have oppressed you and you have every right to take what's yours. Report them for hate speech. Accuse them of being racist. Do whatever it takes to get yours. You are the victim and they are evil". The middle aged white bitch teaching the class must have seen me looking up at the slides then. Because she immediately ran to the back of the room and screamed at me to leave. I hadn't said anything or done anything. I was allowed to work quietly with headphones on at the back of the room. But I had seen what I was not supposed to see.

I always wondered how rich international students came from across the ocean and immediately knew the mantra to chant to get their way. It turns out they didn't learn it at home. They learned it from our very own institutions teaching them how to exploit our country to the fullest.
