Seeing the NHL and "my team" virtue signal for anti-whites, terrorists, perverts, and criminals negatively affected my mental health. So I stopped watching and supporting them altogether.

No more caring about scores and schedules and trades and rosters. No more anger when they're shilling their latest woke issue. No more paying for cable packages and merchandise. My mental health and my financial wealth are so much better since I gave up consuming pro sports.
