That's four times my phone has gone crazy in the last few minutes, presumably to update me on the latest news regarding someone's custody dispute. I don't even read past "Amber Alert" anymore.

It's become muscle memory to turn my ringer off before going to bed because of this.
Interestingly this relatively small change a few years ago, was one of the early warning signs for me that our government was going to take away our choice and autonomy completely, in everything. My intuition was correct.

I turn my phone off entirely at night...
