It is being announced right now.. Non-essential high risks activites such as gyms and bars will be restricted for non-vaccinated people from September 1st on.

Is the border between the provinces itself included? I'd imagine not since they gave up confirming travelling between ON and QC was for essential travel like 2 days into the border shutdown last time.
